Hoff Elementary At A Glance:
Hoff Elementary School, built and opened
in 2001, is located on the east edge of
Keenesburg. It is approximately 30
minutes south of Greeley and
approximately 40 minutes northeast of
Denver along Interstate 76. The Hoff
community is unique in that the attendance
area is comprised of nearly one-half of the
480 square miles that encompass all of
Weld Re-3J. The school is located in a
stable, rural farming community which
includes a balance of local families and
families who are moving to the country to
enjoy the benefits of a smaller community.
Currently, the school enrolls 320+ students
in grades Pre-K through 5. There are two
classes per grade level with each class
averaging just over 20 students. Student
achievement is strong at Hoff as evidenced
by performance on state assessments.
The Keenesburg community is committed
to supporting the education of Hoff
students. Like the other elementary
schools, the PTO is highly engaged and
provides many avenues of support to the
school.
